Carriage House: Separate from the main house, it has a ground floor living area with queen sofa bed, full kitchen (mini frig, dishwasher, cook top, sink) and a dining table for 4. Spiral staircase leads to 2nd floor queen bedroom with shower bath. French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard.

Outdoors: Beautiful brick courtyard with oversized 10 x 30 heated pool and ample pool side seating and loungers.
