From our balcony you can drink your coffee and watch the breathtaking sun rises. This adorable condo is newly renovated. It is beach chic and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk thru the door. Its Master Bedroom has a king size bed with private bath that has been completely updated to include all new vanities sinks and fixtures. The second bedroom has twin beds. New flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms and living room with two DVD players. This vacation home has been decorated and furnished with a relaxing beach theme in mind. All new bedding in the bedrooms to include a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in the living room. Free internet access is provided. There is a jacuzzi villa with a jacuzzi and tranquil garden right outside of your front door. There is 24 hour gated security at this vacation home and management on site during business hours. While here check out the tennis courts with free tennis lessons. Maybe you find racquet ball to be more relaxing on our racquet ball court. For the fisherman at heart there is fresh water fishing in any one of the surrounding ponds. Prefer saltwater a short walk to the beach offers you some of the best surf fishing in Florida. There are 2 pools to enjoy with one being heated for cooler weather use. A club house is available for any parties or social events on your list. Some of the available activities: Golfers: World Golf Village is a few miles north of St. Augustine, and boasts two championship 18-hole courses, as well as the World Golf Hall of Fame. There are many public courses in the area as well. Try windsurfing, para sailing, boating, deep-sea fishing, canoeing, or dolphin watching along the coast. For a more leisurely day, explore the shops, play a round of putt-putt golf, have an ice cream Take a horse-drawn carriage ride, a quaint trolley ride or stroll cobblestone streets as you explore one of America's oldest cities. Unique stores and restaurants abound, and you will discover rich Florida history while visiting this special area! It is a wonderfully romantic place. A one time parking fee of $11 (cash) will be charged and collected by the SOR office.
