This four bedroom canalfront cottage offers amazing sunset views over the Pamlico Sound and direct access to your favorite watersports activities such as kayaking and kitesurfing.

A paved drive leads to covered parking for one vehicle. Here you will also find an outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and entrance to the first level mud room. A grill is situated along the canalfront with a private dock area, making it the perfect spot to hang out with the crew on the water. The home has two levels of wraparound sundecks, both with a screened-in portion designed for waterfront dining and entertainment.

The second level of the home contains all four bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom one has a queen bed, a TV, direct access to the deck via sliding glass doors, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom shared with room number four. Bedroom number two has a queen bed, a TV, and direct access to the deck as well. Room number three is for the kiddos with two sets of bunks beds. There is a full bath in the hallway for rooms two and three to share. Bedroom four rounds out the first floor with a queen bed, and shared access to the bathroom number one.

Moving to the top the level, the great room and kitchen awaits. With a four-person breakfast bar and dining room table that seats eight, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy dinner and laughs together. Here you will find panoramic views of the calm canal leading into the sound, and the sunsets can be seen from either inside or outside on the sundeck. Grab your favorite beverage, kick back and relax. The sights from this vantage point are soothing and peaceful.
