This 5,200 square foot home, built in Salvo?s South Beach development next to miles of protected shore land offers sweeping views from the open fourth story, over 4,000 sq. ft. of furnished wraparound decks, a private pool, an elevator, easy beach access and so much more!
The exterior features include a concrete driveway, a deluxe 14 x 26 private pool with a large deck, a tiki bar, sunken hot tub, dry sauna, and steps down to the beach path, park-style grills and fish cleaning table.
Upon entering, you are greeted with a fun game room with a pool table, TV, kitchenette with a full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave and access to the pool. Also on this level you will find a bath that is convenient to the pool area, a master bedroom with two bunks, a TV, a private bath and a laundry area.
Living level 2 has a comfortable den with a TV and four master bedrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a queen bed, TV and a private bathroom.
On living level 3 you will find two additional master bedrooms, a half bath, and another comfortable sitting room for quiet relaxation. Both bedrooms on this level have king beds, TVs, and private baths with whirlpool tubs.
The crowning 4th floor boasts the incredible kitchen, dining room, and great room with breathtaking ocean views, comfy furnishings, high ceilings and lovely wood floors. Whipping up meals is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen which features top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, an island and a huge breakfast bar.
