Summer Breeze makes you feel fine! Located on the Oceanside in Waves, Summer Breeze is within walking distance of the community pool and tennis courts, restaurants, and the beach.
The ground level welcomes you with concrete parking and dual carports. At the back of the house, the private 14? x 32? rectangular shaped concrete pool awaits.
The game room on living level one is sure to be a favorite gathering spot with tile floors, pool table, TV, VCR, direct pool access, and kitchenette with full-size fridge. A handy half bath that is easily accessible from the pool area and the laundry room is also found on this floor.
Floor 2 promises sweet dreams with 4 inviting bedrooms. Bedroom one has two bunks, a TV and deck access. Bedrooms two and three are both masters with a king size beds, TVs, and private baths. Bedroom four has a king bed and a TV. A full hall bath is centrally located and easily accessible to guests staying in bedrooms one and four.
The third level great room is ready to entertain with vaulted ceilings, ample seating, gas fireplace, and access to the expansive sun deck. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and is sure to please even the most serious cooks. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table with room for eight. An additional four seats are available at the breakfast bar.
Up the spiral stairs to the loft offers a relaxing retreat with comfy furniture for quiet relaxation, and a stereo, books and board games.
Take in the views, soak up the sun and relish in the ocean breeze from the multi-level decks and the screened porch, or relax in the steamy hot tub as you listen to music streaming through the outside stereo system.
