The entrance of the home is custom built around it?s natural surroundings. Long benches rest under the shady Oak trees creating a perfect spot to relax and read a good book. A walk way extends around the left side of the home for direct access to the private pool and hot tub area. There is a picnic area, and a swim up tiki-bar with seats in the pool. From the pool area, a private elevated boardwalk extends through the marshland towards the sound to a dock situated on the canal. The abundance of nature and endless views from this sanctuary are hard to match anywhere on the Island.

The first floor entertainment room is likely where you will spend a majority of your time. With pool accessible through sliding glass doors, this is an easy place to cool off and hang out without missing any of the action. There is comfy furniture to relax in, a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite team, a pool table, card table, and full kitchenette equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, commercial ice maker, and a margarita machine. There is a half bath on this level for convenience. The theater room can also be found here and has a massive flat screen TV and stadium seating. Bedroom one rounds out the first floor with a king bed, full bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the first level deck.

Moving up to level two, you will find four more bedrooms and a double set of washers and dryers. Bedroom two has a queen bed, walk-in shower, TV, and private balcony off the front of the home. Bedroom three is a spacious king master with a full bathroom, TV, and access to the second level deck. Bedroom four may be perfect for the kids with two pyramid bunks, a full bathroom, TV, and deck access. Bedroom five is a queen master, with a TV, and has the best of both worlds ? a private balcony and access to the second level deck.

As you climb to level three a half bath sits on the landing, and at the top of the stairs an expansive great room awaits. The gourmet kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances, an island with extra sink, a breakfast bar, and last but not least a gorgeous view of the Pamlico Sound for you to enjoy as you prep your favorite recipe. Drenched in a nautical theme the living and dining room area sit underneath a high vaulted ceiling and is surrounded by windows that provide a jaw-dropping panoramic view of the dock, creek, marshland and sound. A dinner with the family as the sun sets from this location is an absolute treat for all! Bedroom six also rests on level three, and has the same floor plan as bedroom number five.

Take a trip on up to level four with your morning coffee to check out the sunrise from the tower office with an ocean view. This is a perfect place to get your morning going and check your inbox! Bedroom number seven, the master suite sits on level four as well. As the double doors swing open you will find the elegant and very spacious vanity bath to the right with a walk in shower, jetted tub, and private balcony. To the left is a king bedroom with a large flat screen TV, access to a private balcony facing the ocean, and a private deck with endless views of the sound and Highway 12 winding into Hatteras Village.
