Ground level has carports with under-house elevator entry, lockable storage with board racks as well as saltwater pool, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, and well-furnished screened porch. The pool is 12? x 21? and contains a submerged sitting bench and shallow tanning ledge with a kiddie pool area. Pool is available from April 18 to October 23 and pool heat is available for $400 per week. Choose from a large covered charcoal grill or gas grill poolside.

Level 1 has a large recreation room with bumper pool, shuffleboard, poker/ card table, entertainment center, mini kitchen, hi-capacity ice maker, 2 full baths and laundry. Level 2 has a master bedroom with covered private porch. The second master bedroom is equipped with a handicap accessible shower. Level 3 has a great room with cathedral ceiling, top of the line entertainment center, and contemporary leather, stainless steel & glass furnishings. The sitting room has a library and built-in nautical chart table. From level 3 you can access a 2nd screened porch and deck or continue up to a comfortable tower reading loft where you can glimpse the ocean from across the island.

The large, well-equipped kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove, quartz counters & bar top, gourmet cookware, high capacity ice maker and tons of cabinet space including a built-in pantry. While you prepare meals or just hang-out at the bar enjoy views of sound, ocean & Hatteras Island lighthouse. The dining room easily seats 10 and has a highchair. Enjoy sundecks on all three levels plus a raised loft.

Extras at WindCatcher include a lockable storage with board racks, sail hooks and 2 stereo systems. A kayak dolly and fish cleaning table are on hand, as well as a whole house intercom system. This property is non-smoking and pet free, and is also offers a handicapped friendly bedroom.
