Welcome to SueB Station! Centrally located in historic Hatteras Village, this four bedroom, three and a half bath vacation escape is just a short walk from the serene south side beaches. SueB Station is handicap friendly with a ramp entrance and a first floor handicap accessible master bedroom.
As you enter the home you are greeted by an intimate kitchen and living area. There is a small patio off of the kitchen and a back deck off of the living area. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy those home cooked meals with a six-person dining room table and a breakfast bar that seats four. Wake up and brew your favorite K-cup as you read the morning paper with the sounds of island wildlife in the background.
Bedroom one is a handicap accessible master bedroom on the first floor. Also on the ground level sits a half bath just off the living room. Moving to the second level, a back deck sits atop the stairs. Room number two is a spacious master with high ceilings, a private patio, full bath, and a spiral staircase that leads to a lookout tower where you?ll find magnificent views of the surrounding terrain including creeks, marshes, the ocean, and the beautiful village. Room number three has a double bed and room four has two singles. These two rooms share a full bath in the hall.
