As you pull in the driveway the towering wall of windows tells you you?re in for an incredible vacation. Steps from the beach walkway, Lake FRONT, and incredible views from all levels. You can even find several spots in the home where you can watch both the sunrise AND sunset from the same spot. Professionally decorated by Hatteras Island Design Center, all aspects of the home will delight your entire group.
The oak staircase will wind you up to the living room level, where an expansive living room awaits with high vaulted and beamed ceiling and that ?wall of windows? looking over the Atlantic. Relax with the group in the large sectional couch to watch HDTV on the oversized flat-screen, or sit fireside and solve the world?s problems with a good chat with a friend. Glance behind you to your left at the beautiful dining room table, seating 16 comfortably and looking out over the Lake?you?ll think you?re on a cruise ship! Or look to your right at the large, beautiful, gourmet kitchen with commercial 6-burner gas stove and stainless hood. The kitchen bar also serves as a wet bar with sink and commercial icemaker. Of course TWO refrigerators are a necessity for such a kitchen.
One more flight up are 2 large Master bedrooms, 1 with whirlpool tub for 2 (or just a fun tub for the kids? bath time). The views from these bedrooms, with private verandas, are breathless. Wait till you see. Go down to the middle level where 4 more Master bedrooms, including bunk room, that have their own privacy. 2 of these are again large-size, one with another 2-person jetted tub. All with private access to the decks.
Head back down to the lower level for a game of pool in the game room complete with another wet bar and commercial icemaker which comes in handy for the pool and hot tub off of this room. Did we say POOL? Yes, just outside awaits a large pool with plenty of decking and seating. Or step out another door for the Hot Tub overlooking the lake. Yet another door takes you into the SAUNA for cleansing your pores?great for back and forth between pool and/or hot tub!. But wait?there?s more. Another door leads to the hidden treasure of a mini-professional THEATER. This is not your basic surround system in an unused room, this has tiered with leather seating for up to 20, 12-foot silver screen, Hi-Def projector, hooked into the DirecTV or Blu-Ray DVD system. You may find the kids disappearing into this room throughout the week. But don?t forget some adult time to view your favorite shows or movies.
Universal features include an elevator for all those groceries, DirecTV and HD flat-screens in all rooms, and water views on all levels in almost any direction.
