Pull in at Turtle Cove to find plenty of covered under-house parking. A picnic table, fish cleaning table with water and a beautiful outdoor shower, affectionately referred to as ?Rachel?s Spa? put you in a flip-flop state of mind right away. Follow the wooden boardwalk to the steps up to the first level deck and main entrance.

Upon entering the first level, you?ll find a conveniently located full-size washer and dryer. Across the hall is a bedroom with king bed and cedar closet. A hall bath with Jacuzzi tub and stall shower is shared with a second bedroom with queen bed, cedar closet, flat screen TV and deck access. A unique feature on this level is the theatre room. Step down into this black carpet-lined room and get cozy on a bean bag or couch while you take in a movie on the oversized flat screen TV.

Walk up to the second level to find one bedroom with king bed and flat screen TV, a shared hall bath with tub shower and one bedroom with two twin bunk beds, cedar closet, flat screen TV as well as games and books for the whole family.

A short step up to the third level and you?re in the main living area. You?ll know how well taken care of this home is when you see the coastal decor and comfy furnishings in this gathering space. Enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV, crank up the beach music on the stereo or log on with free Wi-Fi. This open floor plan also features a ten person dining table, fully equipped kitchen and four person breakfast bar. The main living area offers deck access to both a covered deck as well as the top floor sun deck for expansive outdoor living. A hot tub is located here for evening soaks.

From the main living area, step up to a loft bedroom with queen bed, half bath and deck access with sound views. Turtle Cove is conveniently located down the road from St. Waves community complex. Just a short walk down the street and you?ll find tennis courts and the neighborhood pool.
