Early 2018 winter storms caused some damage to the dunes along this section of beach, and many of them have been rebuilt. As a result, beach access points across the dunes may have changed since your last visit. Please follow new signage for dune crossovers and do not climb or tread on dune areas that are not designated paths. This is critical in helping protect these fragile dunes from the wear of pedestrian traffic. WOW, let?s say it again, WOW! From the moment you step inside the door, your lips will automatically form these 3 letters into the description that is befitting. The 2-level, floating oak staircase sets the tone for the rest of the house. Even the GLASS ELEVATOR jetting up in the middle of the staircase is a site to behold.
Let?s begin at the top of those steps and you arrive at the expansive living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Comfortable seating for all to gather for a family chat or watch the large flat-screen. Drift to the adjoining dining room where a kingly table awaits to seat ALL the guests. Perhaps some may want to move to the elevated gazebo for a game of cards or quiet reading. No matter where you are, the chefs in the kitchen can engage with others as they prepare their favorite dishes. A gourmet chefs delight includes commercial-grade 6-burner stove with stainless exhaust hood, dual refrigerators AND dishwashers, wet bar on the island complete with wine cooler and commercial icemaker. Wow, some good vittles will be had for THIS vacation. Just outside, a 2-level sundeck awaits, perfect for sunrises over the ocean. Or enjoy the comfy screen porch with cushioned furniture and area rug, just beside the BBQ station. 2 Master bedrooms are accessible off the west wing along with a half bath serving others on this floor. There?s also a watch tower at end of this hallway with views in all directions.
Down to the next you?ll find 5 more Master bedrooms. The 2 east rooms are oversized, each with gas fireplace. One has elevated bath area and custom tiled shower, also a bit of European flair with a bidet. Cruise back past the Glass Elevator to the West wing for the other 3 master bedrooms. Wait till the little ones see the Kid?s room, styled just for the little Princes and Princesses in the group. They won?t want to leave. An 8-person Hot Tub awaits just outside these rooms on the large covered deck overlooking the ocean.
OK, back down to the entry level. A large game room awaits with pool table, foosball, another wet bar with commercial icemaker, and additional half bath. But to get there you must pass 2 other rooms. The Sauna room where you can cleanse your pores with some dry heat, perhaps before/after a dip in the pool or hot tub. This room also includes table shuffleboard, and perhaps some fun electronic games. The other room is another pie?ce-de-resistance?.a tiered mini-professional theater room with 12? silver screen, HD projector, leather seating, tied into wi-fi, Blu-Ray DVD, and DirecTV. If the weather is not conducive outside, there?s plenty to do inside!
But wait, there?s more, at the far end of the game room, you?ll exit then enter THE POOL nestled at the base of the sand dunes, plenty of room for sunbathing and watching the kids have a blast. Taj adjoins the beach walkway so the sand beneath your feet on one of N America?s perennial top 10 beaches, is only seconds away. ALL Master bedrooms, floating Oak staircase, game room, pool/shuffleboard tables, breathtaking views, incredible private Theater, fun Kids? room, did we mention GLASS Elevator?
