A week at Summer Shack is pure vacation bliss. Situated just across the street from the beach, this well-appointed house is one lot back on a cul-de-sac with lovely views of the ocean and sound.

The ground level welcomes you with concrete parking, dual carports, under house entry and basketball goal. Around the side of the house a refreshing 12? x 28? private pool with concrete deck and hot tub await. A lighted fish cleaning table and charcoal grill are also available.

The first floor game room with a pool table, stereo/CD, TV, wet bar with second fridge and microwave, connects to the screened porch overlooking the pool and guarantees family fun! A laundry room and a well-placed half bath complete this level.

The second floor boasts four lovely bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king bed. Bedroom two is a master with a king bed and private bath. Bedroom three is also a king master with a private bath. Bedroom four is a fun kids? room with two bunk sets. A handy hall bath is nearby.

At the top of the stairs the great room exudes luxury with high ceilings, grand views, and open layout. The living area is centered around a TV with three beautiful leather sofas. Lively conversation continues to flow into the nearby kitchen with ample counter space and breakfast bar. An additional master bedroom with king bed and private bath with a whirlpool tub and the large furnished porch with beautiful ocean views are the perfect finishing touches to the third floor.

The spiral staircase is a beautiful accent to the contemporary design in the living area and leads to the loft that is outfitted with a queen futon, a small TV with DVD player, and toys for the kids ? making this a perfect children?s retreat.
