Captain?s Quarters sits on the backside of a cul-de-sac in a quiet and peaceful beach neighborhood. There is ample space for parking with two spots available under the home. Here you will also find an outdoor shower, hose, fish cleaning station and BBQ grill. There are two sets of stairs that lead up the wrap-around ocean front deck and ultimately the entrance of the home. The sundeck is fully furnished with high Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. From here enjoy never-ending views of the Atlantic and a good look across Highway 12 to the sound for sunsets.

Entering the home, you will find yourself in the kitchen and living area. An eight-person dining room table and the addition of an island breakfast bar allows for plenty of seating for the whole team. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your favorite meals with the ocean as your cooking backdrop. The cozy living room is situated around a large flat screen TV. Large sliding glass doors allow for a perfect view of the beach while you relax in the air conditioning before heading back out for more fun in the sun.

The barracks at Captain?s Quarters are made up of four bedrooms. The first is great for the kids with double bunks and a TV. Room number two has a king bed, full bathroom, TV and DVD player. The third room has a king bed, TV, bathroom with shared access from the room and hallway, and an ocean view through the windows. Room four is similar with a king bed, full bathroom, TV, and an ocean view. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience.
