This stunning new (completed August 2010) luxury lodge is the pinnacle of perfection! Featuring 6 bedrooms and seven full baths, two kitchens, an elevator, two great rooms, and loads of entertainment options, this spectacular home is sure to surpass your expectations!

The main level, accessed through double oak doors at the head of three stone stairs, has a classic entryway with chandelier. Go through the hallway to the dining nook on the right, with a table for four. Enter into the main great room and relax on one of the leather sofas positioned around the stacked stone wood burning fireplace (wood is provided), and watch your favorite TV shows on the 52” flat screen TV. There are several sets of French doors leading to the deck. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double stacked ovens, two microwaves, and an imported marble island. There are three leather bar stools, and the larger dining table will seat 8 comfortably adjacent to the deck with great mountain views.

Off the great room is one of the master suites. This spacious room has a stone electric fireplace with a TV above it, and a comfortable chair across from the Queen sized bed and large walk-in closet. The glamorous, large bathroom features three well lit vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate tiled shower with an overhead Rain-Maker head as well as a typical shower head.

There are two other bedrooms off the entrance hallway. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, and the other has a Queen bed and TV, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower. There is a full bath with tub/shower off the hallway. Access to the elevator (adults only, please) is also on this hallway.

Upstairs are two more luxurious suites. The suite on the south side of the house features a sitting area with an electric fireplace and a 52” TV, a King bed on a platform elevated above the rest of the room,a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and range top, and a small table to enjoy a snack, and a large private bath with a tiled Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

The other suite upstairs has a King bed, TV, and a twin bed with trundle tucked into the nook beneath the window, and there is a private bath with tub/shower off this room. Three twin-sized cots are stored in the closet of this room. Also upstairs, there is a workout room for adults only. It is equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, disc weights, and a weight bench. There is also a large TV in here.

After taking the elevator (or stairs) to the lowest level of the house, you will find another huge great room with a pool table. Dominating the room is another stacked stone woodburning fireplace with a 52” TV above it, and there is plenty of comfortable seating arranged around it. There is also a full bathroom, a second full kitchen with tiled counters and stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for four with room for three more at the bar.

The master suite on this level boasts a King bed, a TV, French doors to the lower level deck, and a beautiful private bath with a large tiled shower.

The lower level deck features a massive woodburning fireplace with a cranny for extra firewood, several Adirondack chairs, and an 8-person hot tub overlooking the scenic year-round views. The main level deck has a charcoal grill and a gas grill, both modeled like professional smokers, and more chairs to drink in the view.

The upper level deck also overlooks the views, and is completely covered. One end of the deck has been closed in as a screened room- the perfect place for kids of all ages to gather and play.

When you decide to venture out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised to learn that it is only 10 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad, Boone or Blowing Rock shopping and dining, and only a 3 minute drive to Appalachian Ski Mountain. Hawksnest Tubing and the community of Valle Crucis are less than 30 minutes away, and Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain and Ski Beech are 35-45 minutes away.
