Hatteras Island - Sunset Watch is the perfect name for this beauty, offering gorgeous sunset views from the great room, dining room, and back decks that are fantastic! The six bedrooms (5 masters) are tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable with the grand master (with JACUZZI tub) off the great room on the upper level. Four of the masters have french doors leading out to covered porches, offering a relaxing getaway, or a place for your morning coffee. The game room on the first level serves as an entertainment area, with a flat screen TV, bar stools, a mini fridge and a pool table (4'x8' American Heritage). The top floor offers a beautiful kitchen and dining room, great room with a 50' plasma HDTV with streaming NetFlix, large windows with sound views, and a separate reading area. All bedrooms have been updated in 2012 with Flat Screen HDTVs. The spacious decks offer great views and include a screened porch just off the dining room. Store your gear in the lockable storage area under the carport!

Our home is located in the prestigous Kinnakeet Shores Neighborhood, Hatteras Island's largest resort style community offering 69 acres of lake access, multiple walking trails, and paths leading to the Pamlico Sound. Staying in this home gives you the luxury of free access to the Kinnakeet Shores soundside pool (Olympic Sized swimming pool plus kiddie pool) and tennis courts, which are within walking distance, as well as the Beach Klub, which offers oceanfront pool and access.

We provide renters with Gold Access to Spa Koru. This means that you get passes to access Spa Koru fitness facilities and oceanfront classes (ie: yoga), discounts on Spa Koru services (facials, massage, etc), as well as unlimited access to their oceanfront facility (pool, clubhouse, parking) at Klub Koru.
