Living room has queen sleeper sofa, love seat, 3 plush side chairs, and armoire with flat panel TV and DVD player. The second floor porch off the living area overlooks the pool and allows fantastic gulf views. This porch features table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining. Steps off this porch go down to the pool area. King bedroom has dresser, 2 bedside tables, 1 lamp, TV, VCR, and door to adjoining bath. Hall bath has vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room with washer / dryer.

Third Floor: Carpeted stairs lead to carpeted third floor. Grand master suite has king bed, dresser, large TV, armoire, chaise long, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, private bath with double vanity sink, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
