Just off the kitchen is a huge screened in porch and on the front of the house there is a wide open porch, great for taking in some rays or having an afternoon cocktail while listening to the waves. There is also an outside shower. Property is the 3rd back from the beach on a quiet cul-de-sac. 75 feet takes you to the boardwalk over the dune. You won't find a more comfortable home.
