Azalea Grove is nestled among magnolias and live oaks of Old Seagrove with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps up to 10 people. It is located on an oak-canopied road, just a half mile east of Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded one block walk to public beach access (225 walking steps). Relax by your private heated pool (fees apply for pool heating). Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches on the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside. This home is equipped with wireless internet.

First Level: Entry porches on front and back of home. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to one another. Living room has 55” LCD TV, DirecTV Satellite television, DVD/VCR, queen sleeper sofa, love seat, various coffee and side tables and several lamps for reading. Dining table seats seven. Three more can sit at the breakfast bar. White kitchen has frig with door ice/water dispenser, glass top range, microwave and dishwasher. There is also wireless internet. Laundry room off the kitchen has super capacity washer and dryer. Bedroom on this floor will be a queen bedroom, with bedside table, lamp, closet and side chair with ottoman. French doors off this bedroom lead to the pool. Hall bath has pedestal sink and tub/shower.

Second Level: Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with 42” LCD TVs, DVD players and private baths. The king bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, twin sized lounger chair, credenza, closet and French doors to balcony overlooking pool. This bedroom’s private bath has a pedestal sink and tub/shower. Other bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, small side chair, dresser, bench seats, closet and French doors to balcony overlooking street side. Large master bath with double vanity sinks, soaking tub and separate shower.

Tower Room: Tower room has a 32” LCD TV, bunk bed (2 twins), bench seat, game table, and shelving for storage of clothing/luggage. French doors open to roof top balcony overlooking the tree tops of Seagrove and offering gulf views. Great place to catch the sunset and enjoy the gulf breezes in the two comfortable Adirondacks.

Outside: Private heated kidney-shaped 23 x 11.5 pool surrounded by brick pavers and fence. The pool area is outfitted with 4 loungers and 2 side tables. Outdoor shower. Charcoal grill. Covered back porch has 3 Adirondacks on it. Parking for 4 cars in gravel driveway.
