Main House – Ground Floor: Upon entering the tiled ground floor of the home, you come into the living room with sectional sofa with cuddler section, travertine coffee table, 2 side swivel chairs, two lamps, LCD TV, DVD/VCR, HD Cable Box, mini stereo. Kitchen has island with bar stool seating for 5, corian countertops, glass top range, microwave, dishwasher and side by side frig with door water/ice dispenser. Kitchen is very well stocked for making big meals and includes a large pantry for food storage. Large dining table seats 10. Closet full of books and games for your enjoyment. Laundry room has super capacity washer and dryer as well as a laundry sink – door from the laundry room leads to pool. Bedrooms have wood floors. Larger bedroom has 2 queen beds, bedside table with lamp, dresser, LCD TV and private bathroom with vanity sink and tub/shower. Second queen bedroom has TV/DVD/VCR and shares bath with bunk room. This bath has a walk-in shower. The bunk room has 2 bunks (4 twins), side table with 2 stools, LCD TV with built-in DVD. All bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans.

Main House – Second Floor: The entire second floor of the home is hardwoods and has a huge media room with 6 movie style lounger chairs, 5 side stools for more seating, foosball table, ping pong table, 65” LCD TV, DVD and bath with vanity sink and jetted tub. Porch off this floor overlooks the entry.

Florida Room: This open and light room adjoins main house with tower. This area offers love seat, side chair and lamp for reading, relaxing and conversation. Doors from here lead to the back yard pool area.

Tower – First Three Floors: The tower consists of a stairwell off of which there are three bedrooms and bathrooms – one per floor. All floors are wood except tile in the bathrooms. Each of these private bedrooms offers a king bed, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, dresser, closet, LCD TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower. The 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms offer a balcony overlooking the pool while the ground floor bedroom has French doors opening out to the pool area.

Tower – Fourth Floor: Enjoy the stunning gulf and tree top views from the tower in the 6 tall chairs and bar railing. Watch the sunset or watch a storm roll in. Outdoor seating also includes comfortable round daybed with canopy. There is an outdoor bar/ice set up cart for serving up snacks and drinks. As well, inside there is a wet bar, microwave and full sized frig.

Outside: Private heated pool (fees apply for heating) is kidney shaped and approximately 12 x 24. Please note that the pool heater is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50°. There are ample loungers and 2 tables with chairs for outdoor dining surrounding it. As well, there is a gas grill under a covered gazebo to escape the sun or occasional sprinkle. Two outside showers for cleanup from beach activities. Parking for 3 cars in gravel driveway.
