The carriage house has a living / kitchen / dining area with queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, lamp, coffee table. Side board holds a 46” LED Smart TV, HD Cable DVR, Blu Ray DVD and small stereo with iPod dock. Kitchen has Northland frig, 2-burner glass cook top, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Dining area has table and 4 chairs. French doors lead off the living area to a balcony that has gulf views and some seating. Bathroom has glass tiling, vanity sink and tub/shower. Twin bed is situated in a nook under the stairs to the lofted bedroom area. Wireless internet signal is boosted from main house wifi.

Up the regulation stairs, you will find a lofted bedroom area (open to below). Here there is a king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and closet with full length mirror. The stackable washer / dryer is in the garage. Wireless internet.

Outdoors: The private courtyard is shared with the main house guests. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower with privacy curtains, both a charcoal grill and a gas grill. Two car garage – one side for main house guests, one side for carriage house guests. Two adult bikes (one male and one female). Three childrens bikes currently – a 20” boys and 2 small girls bikes with training wheels. The children’s bikes are shared with the main house. There are 2 additional adult bikes which are for the main house use only.
