It also has a one bedroom, one bath Carriage House that sleeps 5 and is rented separately. Ground Floor: Lower entry porch has three Adirondack chairs. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. The king master bedroom has elegant mahogany head board, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, built-in dresser, leather side chair and LED TV. Custom wall of closets and drawers separates master bedroom from master bathroom giving you plenty of room to store your personal items. Master bath has double vanity sinks and shower with handheld sprayer. Queen bedroom has bedside table, lamp, LCD TV and closet with built-in drawers. Bunk bedroom has two built-in bunk beds (4 twins) and built-in drawers There is a twin trundle just in case (not included in total sleeping capacity.) Hall bath has a marble-topped vanity sink and tub/shower. Laundry room in hallway has high-end front loading washer and dryer. Wireless internet. On demand hot water system means you never run out of hot water.

Second Floor: The entire second floor is the kitchen, living and dining areas. Huge 20 foot ceilings clad in cypress and a grand open staircase with custom iron railings grace this space. Living room has sofa, love seat, 2 swivel side chairs, unique cypress tree trunk coffee table, petrified wood side table, ottoman, lamps, gas log fireplace and soaring wall of glass tiles. Audio visual equipment in the living room is hidden by an upholstered hidden cabinet. The LED TV raises up when needed. There is also and HD Cable DVR, Blu-ray player, stereo and Sonos music system. French doors lead to the front porch which has amazing gulf views and 4 tall chairs and table for outdoor dining. A centrally located powder room is disguised in a curved wall of glass tile – inside the powder room is a work of art with vertically installed subway tiling. The dining room has a long wooden table and six chairs at the sides as well as two larger chairs at either end. The kitchen bar separates the kitchen and dining has is accented by a custom glass mosaic artwork piece at the end where there are 3 barstools for additional seating. Ample storage cabinets hold a myriad of cookware, serving ware and even games and puzzles. The chef’s kitchen has quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and high end stainless appliances including Wolf double ovens, Sub Zero frig with icemaker, double sink, Wolf 5-burner gas cook top, Miele dishwasher, Wolf drawer style microwave and a wine frig. French door lead from the dining are to a back porch which connects to the carriage house entry, convenient when renting the entire property, yet private when rented separately.

Third Floor Loft: An open staircase leads to the loft which serves as the 4th bedroom. Curtains can be drawn to provide visual privacy. This bedroom has built-in shelving, king bed, queen sleeper sofa, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and 2 side chairs. There is also a full bathroom up here with pedestal sink and shower. Great space for a couple who needs their children nearby at night or for the grandparents.

Outdoors: The private courtyard is shared with the main house guests. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower with privacy curtains, both a charcoal grill and a gas grill. Two car garage – one side for cottage guests, one side for carriage house guests. Two adult bikes (one male and one female). Three children’s bikes currently – a 20” boys and 2 small girls bikes with training wheels. The children’s bikes are shared with the carriage house. There are 2 additional adult bikes which are for the carriage house use only.
