Located south of 30A right on one of Rosemary’s famous beach boardwalks, the Byers House is a large main house and carriage house combination that offers the finest in vacation accommodations. Completely renovated and redecorated in 2013. Hand-hewn elements, which range from 150-year-old beams to furniture grade hand-carved cabinetry, tongue and groove wainscoting and ceilings and hammered iron balusters enrich the modern living spaces. The 4,500 square foot main house has 4 bedrooms/5 baths. The carriage house offers a bedroom/living area, bath and full kitchen. All together the home sleeps 14. The boardwalk to the Gulf is approximately 225 leisurely walking steps to the beach. You will be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools (one indoor heated), eight clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.

The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) of a full mid-week clean (with weekly stays only) and the departure clean (daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee), 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. Our Guests will also enjoy a free daily newspaper of their choice (based on availability) and a one "welcome" free coffee at either the Seaside or Rosemary Beach Amavida Coffee.

You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us do your grocery shopping, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time, arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities.

First Floor: The home is entered by a refreshing, slate-tiled covered porch. A gracious entry foyer has seating and leads to two king master bedrooms with private baths, as well as an additional mudroom bath and laundry room with outdoor access through the shower for easy clean-up after a day in the sand. Master king bedroom has LCD TV, king bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps and renovated private master bath with marble counters, walk-in shower and built-in storage. The other master bedroom also has a king bed, LCD TV and bedside tables with lamps plus a renovated private bathroom with marble vanity sink and tub/shower.

Second Floor: The home’s living area is located on the second floor. Tall, sun-filled windows and doors along with a substantial stone decorative fireplace marry freshly refinished oak wood floors with 12-foot ceilings which carry throughout this grand space. The kitchen is serviced by stainless steel appliances including two ovens, dishwasher, full sized French door frig, icemaker, mini frig and microwave, generous cabinet storage space, a center island with 2 bar stools and glass top range plus apron sink with a tree-top view. A spacious covered porch provides ample outdoor entertaining space with several comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table. There is a bunk room with 2 built-in twin beds. Hall bath has a shower. Living room features comfortable seating including 3 sofas, 3 side chairs, 2 coffee tables, LCD TV, stereo with MP3 connection and CD, and wireless internet. Adjacent dining area features a large wooden table and 8 chairs for family dinners.

Third floor: Top floor bedroom suite provides views over the varied rooftops of Rosemary Beach as well as gulf views from the parade balcony. This suite features two queen beds, walk-in closet, seating area with queen sleeper sofa, LCD TV, DVD and a private bath with limestone double vanity sink and shower.

Carriage House: Separate carriage house (included in rent) over the two-car garage features a studio apartment with fully-equipped kitchen, queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, LCD TV, kitchen table and tub/shower bath. Incredible views of the Gulf down Spanish Town Lane. Gas Grill. Four bikes. Extra beach chairs in garage.
