Beautiful Skye is situated in the quaint town of Seaside, Florida. Located on the beach side with brilliant Gulf views and convenient access to the beach, the home has just undergone an extensive renovation...new chef's kitchen, new master bathroom, fresh paint, hardwood floors refinished and all new furnishings and electronics.

Beginning in 2014, Skye will join our Sunburst Luxury Collection, a high service and amenity segment within Sunburst Beach Vacations that provides a 5 star luxury resort experience with all of the benefits...privacy, space and freedom...of a private home.

The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) of a full mid-week clean (with weekly stays only) and the departure clean (daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee), 4 bikes, beach chair setups (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. Our Guests will also enjoy a free daily newspaper of their choice (based on availability) and a one "welcome" free coffee at either the Seaside or Rosemary Beach Amavida Coffee.

You will all have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us do your grocery shopping, make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time, arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities.

The first floor offers a large foyer with bench seating which opens out onto the covered sleeping porch. Master bedroom has a King bed, chest of drawers with LCD TV, desk, and renovated private bath with a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. Guest bedroom has a King bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, LCD TV and private shower bathroom. The third bedroom has two bunk beds (4 twins) and a private bath with tub/shower. Small bunk nook bedroom (2 twins) has built-in shelving. Laundry room has super capacity washer/dryer. All bedrooms except the larger bunk bedroom provide direct access to the sleeping porch. Several of the bedroms open out onto a shuttered screened porch with 2 lounger chairs, ottoman, tables and porch swing. Gas grill on outdoor patio area that also has a large picnic table.

On the second floor, there is a spacious living room with a wood burning fireplace, sectional sofa with sleeper section, additional sofa, LCD TV, DVD and Sitting area offers comfortable rocker chairs, small game table with 4 chairs and panoramic views of the Gulf. French doors from this area lead to an open deck overlooking the Gulf and offer an outdoor dining table. Additional deck overlooking the town of Seaside may be accessed from this area. All decks have comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxation. Dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a long dining table that seats eight to ten and a gas log fireplace and LCD TV. Wireless internet and Sonos Stereo system. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen was renovated in winter of 2013. It has been outfitted with every imaginable kitchen item you would want to prepare a gourmet meal. It has central prep island with 3 barstools and small sink, stainless frig with icemaker, 6-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher and marble countertops. Hall bath with shower.

The crowning glory of Skye is the large third floor deck offering an unobstructed 360-degree view of the Gulf and the entire scenic town of Seaside. The roof deck is outfitted with a tall teak table and 4 chairs. All casual elegance on the beach at Seaside - yours for a brilliant beach holiday!

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools. The west pool offers food and beverage service during the season and is heated during the Holidays; the Family pool is covered and heated mid Nov to mid April; and the adult pool is a secluded and serene retreat for guests 16 and older. Guests also have access to 6 tennis courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming - organize a croquet game, take a professional tennis lesson or consult with a fitness trainer through our private club. The Seaside Bike Shop offers the rental of beach cruisers, rugged mountain bikes and baby carriages. Seaside Town center and Ruskin Place offers dozens of shops, art galleries and Dining opportunities from barefoot casual to beach gourmet.
