There is an ample porch that can be reached from the kitchen and the living room. The well-equipped kitchen is open and airy with lots of room to gather and entertain. The lovely master bedroom has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a large shower. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and the 2nd bath has a combined tub and shower. For your convenience the condo also has a full size washer and dryer and covered parking. Location is key! This condo is located on the intracoastal, in a charming, quaint area, and is within footsteps of an incredible beach.
