The first level features four bedrooms and two baths. Upstairs, just off the open kitchen/living/dining area is a luxury bath with a two person Jacuzzi. Two dining areas and a screened-in porch provide multiple options for mealtime. Sundecks are available on both levels with a rooftop observation deck allowing views of the sound sunsets and the surrounding village. 7 person hot tub just outside master bedroom.

This property has Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis court privileges. Community boardwalks allow access to the ocean and sound. You can reach off-road, 4-wheel drive beach access one mile to the south - permit required.
