The Sea Forester located at 41742 Ocean view Drive in Avon, has 3 levels containing 4 bedrooms 2 ½ baths, the decking is facing the ocean and combined an elevated observation deck provides for endless views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pamlico Sounds. The house is located 170 feet from a beach boardwalk, providing a direct 2 minute walk to the beach. There is plenty of parking on the wide concrete drive for vehicles and a boat/trailer.

The house is conveniently located/walking distance to Hatteras Island’s largest shopping center containing a Food Lion, beach stores and many restaurants. We only offer our property for rent on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent partial week nor do we rent to groups 25 or under or house parties.

First Level

The entry door is on the landing under the house which always allows for a dry entrance for the occasional rainy day. This first level has an air hockey table and space for storage.

Second Level

The second floor has recreation room with a foosball table, TV, stereo, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. Also all four bedrooms and two full baths are located on this level. There is also a washer and dryer.

Third Level

The top floor is designed for family gatherings with the large Family room flowing into the Dining room and open Kitchen area. This area has cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fans and many large windows. Sliding glass doors leads to the deck area facing the ocean providing a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The relaxing deck atmosphere is equipped with deck furniture and tables helps wind down a great day at the beach or have a meal and drink and just enjoy the sites. The observation deck will provide for memorable sunrises and sunset with maybe a view of Diamond Shoals Light Tower or passing ships. There is a Hot tub located in a Florida room for your enjoyment.

Ground Level

The enclosed outside shower has hot and cold water and is located on the elevated entrance landing. There is a very convenient fish cleaning station that can handle the largest catches. We have a park grill (charcoal) and table conveniently located for your outdoor cooking.
