Sand Crab is such an adorable semi-oceanfront beach house and it is a perfect getaway place where you won't feel obligated to bring the in-laws with you. It has hardwood floors throughout and some bead board walls to give it a cozy coastal feel. The two bedrooms share a nice bath. A full front screened porch and sun deck have great ocean views. The separate laundry area and storage, full concrete pad under the house, and an outside shower, add to the usable space. A major renovation in 1994 included the house being raised high on new pilings and decking, siding, roof and electrical work, among other things. A more recent update included the hardwood floors, updated kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances, an updated bath, furnishings, electronics, and a nice outdoor shower
