Welcome to the wonderful God's Blessings Beach House on lovely Hatteras Island, NC. *New to OpenVacationWeeks in 2016! This beautiful semi-oceanfront house has all the amenities inside, and just out the front door is a private path to the beach; or you can enjoy the private pool and bubbling hot tub just down the stairs. Only a few semi-oceanfront homes like this on the Outer Banks offer such close, easy access to the beach and ocean views from the top deck.

Enjoy the large private pool, or unwind in the sheltered hot tub with waterfall feature after arriving back from a busy day at the beach! Next to the pool is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and under the carport is a large fish cleaning table. There are two foot sprayers to get the sand off your feet before stepping inside, as well. The private pool is available April 1st through October 31st. There is a large outdoor deck for dining and upper crows nest for taking in those gorgeous ocean and sky views. At God's Blessings, you can unwind at this affordable, private, very nicely appointed island vacation paradise. New paint, light fixtures, floors, comforter sets, Pub Room, and many other upgrades await you with new pictures just uploaded in 2016.

Outside:

Spend time basking in the sun or swimming in the private south facing pool equipped with outdoor speakers for your musical enjoyment, or enjoy the beach and ocean a short 50 yards away via a private path over the double dune. Cool or rainy day? Perfect; the sheltered eight person hot tub with a waterfall feature is always available. The deck off the main living level offers a new table and chairs for outdoor dining, and the upper deck with new captain's chairs is perfect for viewing the ocean during the day, sunsets over the Pamlico Sound in the evening, and star gazing at night. The laundry room is across from the hot tub and includes a washer and dryer, ample storage space for any outdoor items you bring, as well as an assortment of beach toys we've provided for the kids.

When you arrive at God's Blessings, you'll see the driveway with covered under-house parking for one vehicle, as well as additional parking for 2-3 vehicles.

Inside:

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is all one level, which is great for all ages. Enjoy the sea air in the former Florida room, newly converted to a *Pub Room. It has a mini fridge, pub table & stools, a Foosball table, new air conditioner, new infrared fireplace, new paint, and new carpeting. It can also be separated from the rest of the house with the sliding doors. There are 3 queen bedrooms each equipped with flat screen TV's; one is a master suite with full bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with twin bed on top and a full sized bed on the bottom and is equipped with a TV. *A pack n' play is also available. The fully equipped cook's kitchen includes all cooking and dining utensils, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, iPod dock, and CD player. The dining room table seats 6, and the breakfast bar seats 4. A high chair and booster seat are provided for the little ones, also. There is whole house WIFI, so don't forget your laptop and/or tablet. The living room offers an over-sized couch, a large HDTV that includes DVD player, a new DVD movie collection w/recent releases such as Interstellar, Gravity, Dolphin Tale 2, The Blind Side etc., and DIRECTV, plus games, books, and beautiful outdoor views.

There are flat-screen TVs w/DIRECTV in each queen bedroom, and a TV w/DIRECTV, PS2 video game system, and provided PS2 games in the pyramid bedroom.

In all seasons, high quality linens are provided for every bed and beds are made prior to your arrival. You can rent high quality towels at a fair cost from Shore Details, or bring your own from home. When you arrive, the house will have been cleaned by our excellent housekeeping team and the beds will be made with high quality fresh linens. This is included in your price. You will also receive a welcome bag with start-up amenities including toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge, a small bottle of dish soap, and a few large trash can liners. Our concierge company, Shore Details, is available for our guests to assist with your vacation needs. If you'd like the kitchen stocked with groceries for your convenience, are planning a party, or want dinner delivered, Shore Details is available to make your vacation experience even more enjoyable.

In this location, God's Blessings beach house offers privacy in a private cul-de-sac, yet is still near all the Avon shops and restaurants, Hatteras Lighthouse, Buxton Village and Frisco, Hatteras Ferry Terminal to Ocracoke Island and back (it's free), and charter fishing.

In the off season, rentals of four days or more can be available. And, we have more flexibility to tailor your days of arrival and departure in the off seasons to best meet your schedule; check-in doesn't have to start on a Sunday.
