Second floor Master bedroom with Queen sized bed and shared jack and jill bathroom to 3rd bedroom. Master bath has Jacuzzi bath and shower. The master bedroom also has a private, porch and stairs to upstairs crows nest with sound and ocean views. First floor also has large open layout with kitchen, eat in dining area and family room. Living room has just been updated with new curtains and custom covered furniture. The children will love the 3rd bedroom with bunk bed sets which sleep 4 in that room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Lower level outdoor area has a grill and outdoor shower.

The storage room at ground level has surfboards, several kayaks for one or tandem, paddle boards, fishing rods, life vests, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers. Backyard area big enough to play!

We have plenty of beach toys for all to enjoy from surf boards to paddleboards. Several kayaks including an ocean kayak. Fishing rods, beach chairs, beach cabanas, tents, coolers. Walk across the street to put in the kayaks and paddleboard or pack on in your truck and try Canadian Hole 2 miles south on the right.
